Return Policy Overview
We gladly offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be suggested that loose ends, tiny and slight stains will not be regarded as quality problem. Sadly we don't accept the return of sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
· The items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, and absolutely no marks or stains.
· The items should be in the same condition as received, in its original packaging with all the original tags, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange. To ensure eligibility, we recommend that you try on the items carefully. To initiate a return, please contact us at service@noosgop.com.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive detailed instructions regarding the return process, including the return address. Then please call a self-mailing at your own expense to return. Please note that any items returned without tracking or prior authorization will not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect your return,We’ll contact you with return instructions within 48 business hours after receiving your information.
Please note that refunds are issued as e-gift cards, excluding original shipping costs.
A small restocking fee of $6 per item will be deducted from your refund.

*Note: At Noosgop, we are happy to share the same value with our beloved customers. However, we are ZERO-tolerance to fraudulent orders. Any intentional or malicious immorality would be reported to local police.
Return Process
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the return or exchange process as efficient as possible. Contact us at service@noosgop.com to initiate your return or exchange:
- Order number
- Name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reasons for the return/exchange
- Photos of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, clearly showing the item(s) and the attached tags.
Please ensure that the photos clearly display the tags attached to the item(s). This will help us confirm that the tags have not been removed and ensure a smooth return process. We will process your return request within 24 hours and provide you with further instructions.
If you prefer to use your own shipping carrier, please inform us via email at service@noosgop.com, including your order number and tracking information. We will provide the return address after approving your return request. Please note that without tracking information, we may not be able to process your refund in a timely manner.
Regarding lost items, we are NOT responsible for customs fees and taxes. And we are NOT liable for any misplaced, lost or stolen items.
We are also NOT responsible for any incorrect shipping information provided by you.
Return Costs
Please call a self-mailing at your own expense to return.
As for the shipping fees (not the return fees):
If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., change of mind or ordering the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the shipping fees. If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), Noosgop will cover the shipping fees, and no additional cost will be charged to you.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. Please note that refunds are issued as e-gift cards, excluding original shipping costs. A small restocking fee of $6 per item will be deducted from your refund. If your refund request is approved, we will issue the gift card to the email used for the order within five business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@noosgop.com.
Note:All returns and refunds must be initiated by contacting our customer service team. Returning items directly may result in a failed refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may generally be canceled within 24 hours of placement. A small restocking fee of $5 per item will be deducted from your refund if the order were canceled over 24 hours. If the order has already shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, we recommend contacting our customer service team to arrange a return once your package is delivered.
Damages and Size Issues
Damages
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate corrective action.
Sizing Issues
We understand that when shopping online, choosing the right size can sometimes be a bit tricky. If the item you receive doesn't fit, we will offer a free exchange service to ensure you get the right size. Alternatively, you can choose to return it at your own expense. We encourage customers to contact our customer service team before making a purchase to get size recommendations, in order to minimize any issues.
Exchanges
Each item can be exchanged once, except for the final sold items. The customer is responsible for all exchanges shipping costs.
If you need to exchange the item, you will have to pay the price difference. If the new item is less expensive (in cases of product quality issues), the price difference will be refunded.
In case of any disputes, Noosgop reserves the right to make the final decision in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
