Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, NOOSGOP provides free global shipping for orders over $120 Orders below this amount incur a standard shipping charge, which differs by location. For shipping rates and further information, please refer to our shipping policy.

How long does shipping take?

Orders from noosgop.com are handled 1-3 business days. You can refer to our shipping policy to learn about the estimated shipping time.Upon shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package through our tracking page. Delivery timelines depend on your region, but we strive for prompt and reliable service.

Why is my order stuck in transit? 

Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we have no control over any delays within the postal network. Please know, your order is on its way, and we are doing everything we can to ensure it is delivered as quickly as possible.

My delivery is late

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Absolutely, exchanges are permitted within 7days of delivery. The handbag must remain in pristine condition, with original tags intact and no damage. Contact us at service@noosgop.com, including your order number in the subject, and we’ll facilitate the exchange. See our return and exchange policy for more.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return is received, processing time can take 3-4 business days. Please allow extra processing time during high volume periods.

Can I return a sale item?

Sadly we don't accept the return of sale items. All sale items are final, there is no exchange or refunds on sale items unless defective or faulty. (Please note 'sale items' are items under the sale section of our website)

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, adjustments or cancellations are possible by emailing service@noosgop.com.We’ll accommodate your request if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Post-shipment, changes aren’t feasible, so please contact us promptly if revisions are needed.
