Special conditions

Due to varying customs clearance policies across countries, some regions may incur customs duties. These charges are beyond NOOSGOP's control and are the responsibility of the customer. Please do not refuse or abandon such packages, as no refunds will be issued and the parcels may be disposed of by customs.

l During peak sale periods or new collection launches, delivery times may be longer than usual. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to offer compensation for any unforeseen delays in delivery.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
Please note: Due to higher shipping costs in certain countries and regions—such as Malta, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and South Africa—free standard shipping is not available. For accurate shipping details, please refer to the information provided at checkout.

 

Receiving time

Total receiving time = Processing time + Shipping Time

Processing time: 1-3 days (Monday to Saturday) after the order is placed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at service@noosgop.com with supporting evidence. We will work closely with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

 

Tracking Information

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order is ready to ship, a separate email will be sent containing your tracking number.
